Greg Grintchenko serves as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lines Sales Manager at Salem Five Insurance, bringing more than 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has held senior leadership roles with several global and regional insurance organizations, including MetLife and Gallagher, as well as a bank owned agency, Eastern Insurance. He has also owned and operated his own insurance agency, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on complex insurance operations, client relationships, and organizational leadership. He holds the CPIA and CISR insurance designations and is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, golfing, and spending time on Cape Cod. He remains active in his community, serving as a head coach in multiple youth sports and having held leadership roles as president and vice president of youth organizations.
